Summary: One of the best resorts I ever stayed in not far from beach access to anything ur heart desires

Summary: Largest condo I've ever been in. The bedrooms were on complete opposite sides of the apartment, so having our couple friends stay with us one night during the trip still provided plenty of privacy for both parties. The inside does need updating. The couch is ridiculously old and looks like its from a budget Orlando condo. The full kitchen is nice. There were some maintenance things but they were reported directly and stated they will be fixed. The price was excellent for the resort itself. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and there was rarely anybody in it despite us going over a holiday weekend.

Summary: Great view; comfortable bed and furniture in a great area. The unit could use a coat of paint and the carpet in places is filthy. Shower in master bath needs a mild redo. The in-unit blow dryers are awesome if you have a crew cut. The tv's are relics of my university years (I'm 54). Checked in a little past four on Thanksgiving Eve to find that everyone went home; booker could have been more clear and aggressive about email notifications/info. Overall a good value.

Summary: First of all...When we checked in, we were told we didn't have a reservation by the front office. We found out that since we booked through expedia and they went through Panhandle, that we didn't check in at the front desk. We did have access to the room with our key code. Once in the room, we found that they didn't leave us a key fob to get access for the pool. We immediately called Panhandle and they told us we would have to go to the front desk so so they could let us in every time. we told Panhandle that the desk closes at 5 and that wouldn't work. We were then told to just have another guest open the gate for us. We refused. We told them we wanted access to the pool for whenever we wanted it because that's what we paid for. After the third day, we finally got access. Very disappointing. Secondly, our room was disgusting. The bed sheets had a brown stain and food on the sheets. There was trash left under the bed. Most of the corners had cobwebs. The walls were scuffed badly and there were numerous items broken. The fan in the living room could not be used because it screeched so loudly. Thirdly, there was construction going on the first 4 days right above us. We were not aware or warned about any construction by either Expedia or Panhandle. The noise was horrid. Overall, we love the hotel but we are seriously disgusted about how we were treated by Panhandle. We feel like compensation is needed for the filth and for our relaxing vacation being the complete opposite.

Summary: The outside of the property was fine. It was the inside that was the problem. Very outdated. Not real clean. Kitchen utensils in bad shape. Living room furniture very uncomfortable. T.V.'s were old. Wireless internet never did work
